Why agents add a walkthrough
Buyers scroll through photos one at a time, and it is hard to picture how the rooms connect. A walkthrough strings those same photos into a path through the home, so viewers see the layout the way they would on a showing.
Short vertical video is also what Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts are built around. A walkthrough gives you something to post the day the listing goes live, and again for the open house and the price change.
What you send us
Your listing photos (the same ones on the MLS are fine, as long as your photographer agreement lets you reuse them), the address, the square footage, and the three to five features you want called out: the kitchen, the primary suite, the backyard, the finished basement.
What you get back
A vertical 9:16 cut for social media and a horizontal 16:9 cut for YouTube, your website and listing pages that accept video. Each has smooth camera movement and on-screen callouts. Optional add-ons include music, your branded intro and outro, and rush delivery in 48 hours.
Fair housing and accuracy
The video shows what your photos show. We do not add rooms, furniture, views or finishes that are not in the photos, and callouts describe the property, not the people who might live there. You review every video before it goes out.
Pricing
One rate for every space: $100 per 1,000 square feet. Add-ons such as music, a branded intro and outro, and rush delivery are shown when you order. Try the price calculator.
