We use this form for every client before we make a video. It confirms that you have the right to give us your photos, and it lets you choose whether we may show the finished video as an example of our work. You can say no to portfolio use and still order a video.
If you order on our order page, the checkboxes and portfolio choice there cover Parts A, B and C. Otherwise, email Business@foyerusa.com and we will send you this form to sign electronically, or copy the text below into a reply and type your name and the date.

Part A. Photo rights (required)
I confirm that I own the photos and materials I am giving Foyer & Co. for this project, or that I have permission from the owner (such as my listing photographer) to let Foyer & Co. use them to create a video. I allow Foyer & Co. to use them, including uploading them to AI video tools, only to create and deliver my video.
Part B. Data use (required)
I agree that Foyer & Co. may use my contact details and project information to deliver this project, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Part C. Portfolio and marketing use (optional)
Choose one:
- ☐ Yes. Foyer & Co. may show the finished video, and still images from it, as an example of its work on its website, in its portfolio, and in social media posts and ads.
- ☐ Yes, without identifying details. Same as above, but do not show the property address, my name or my business name.
- ☐ No. Do not use the video for any marketing.
Foyer & Co. will not show the street address of an occupied home unless I agree. I can withdraw portfolio permission at any time by email. Foyer & Co. will then stop using the video in new posts and remove it from its website within 14 days. Posts already published on social media may remain unless I ask for them to be taken down.
